Mustaqbal Center for Special Needs exists to extend support to the Somalia non-formal education through promoting TVET education system that enables youth, women, girls and fresh graduates gain the required skills in the workplaces.
Technical Skills Training, the organization offers technical skills training programs in sectors such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, automotive repair, construction, welding, and computer hardware and software maintenance.
Business and Entrepreneurship, the organization supports TVET programs in business management, entrepreneurship, marketing, accounting, and financial management. These programs equip individuals with the skills needed to start and manage their own businesses and contribute effectively to the business sector.
Renewable Energy and Green Technologies, the organization promotes TVET programs focused on renewable energy technologies, such as solar panel installation, wind turbine maintenance, and energy-efficient construction practices.

Health Sciences, Mustaqbal to contribute to the healthcare workforce and address the need for skilled healthcare professionals, it supports TVET programs in health sciences, such as nursing, medical laboratory technology, pharmacy assistance, and medical equipment maintenance
Information Technology (IT), the organization offers TVET programs in IT-related fields, such as computer programming, web development, networking, cybersecurity, and digital marketing
Creative Arts and Design: Mustaqbal center Supports TVET programs in creative arts and design fields, including graphic design, fashion design, interior design, multimedia production.
